Star Citizen referral code: use it before you register

A straightforward signup checklist

1. Open our RSI referral link. It includes our code in the registration address.
2. Before submitting the new account, check that STAR-XQQL-Z6KR appears in the referral field.
3. Finish registration with RSI. Choose a game package only if you want to play outside a free-access event.

What the bonus means

RSI currently describes a 50,000 UEC enlistment bonus. UEC is game currency, not cash or a refund. The registration bonus and any temporary promotional reward are separate things.

If you missed the field, RSI describes a 24-hour grace period for a new account. Add the code through the account summary panel during that window. A code already associated with an account cannot be swapped for another one.

Game access, ships and special events

An account, a standalone ship and a game package serve different purposes. Read the package contents before buying; a larger ship is not required to use a referral code.

Our recruitment point has separate conditions: RSI requires a game package and at least US$40 in qualifying store spending; store credit and gifted pledges do not satisfy that spending requirement. Temporary referral events have their own dates and eligibility. We do not promise an event ship here.

Compare the next step

Start with the game you actually want to play. Star Citizen and Squadron 42 are distinct products, and a referral link alone does not establish a Squadron 42 discount or entitlement.
